As the name suggests, protective lenses are protecting the laser welding head. To prevent dust and slag make damage to the internal lens of the laser head, one extra protection lens has been mounted. Pay attention to the fact that the laser head protection lens is a wearing part.
Double protection lens design, better dust resistance: By adding a second protecction glass, dust, fume, spatter and dirt never get a chance anymore to contaminate your main lenses and reduce the efficiency of welding. While exchanging the first protection glass, your valuable lenses stay fully protected with a second protection glass. The Intelligent Laser Welding System is specially developed for complex and High-Tech handheld laser welding applications. Really simple and easy to operate, no technical knowledge required. It is a multi-functional application system, which is able to control the laser power, frequency, ramping, pre- and aftergassing, puls or continue mode and it has a variety of welding functions (dot, Line, circle, zigzag, ...), suitable for spot welding scenes and seam welding. The beam can be adjusted with a width of 0,2-4mm, suitable for welding with complex, High-Tech and irregular workpiece. Simple workpieces are also done much faster and better!
The six basic programmable shapes available from an industry-standard wobble welding head are shown. Independent control of the amplitude and frequency of the oscillation is achieved through a high speed dual servo controller, allowing more ﬂexibility in stabilizing the keyhole melt during the welding process.
Stability of the keyhole in the meltpool is a critical factor when laser welding dificult highly reﬂective materials such as copper and aluminum. This is partly due to the tendency to spatter, and in the case of some aluminum alloys, a high level of porosity due to the viscosity and surface tension of the melt when using more traditional laser welding techniques. Recent studies have shown the reduction or elimination of these problems with the beam wobble technique, including a recent systematic study from lasser welding with and without filler wire on automotive aluminum alloys.
Overall, the wobble head technique allows for better temperature management of the part. Because the beam passes near any given point of the weld multiple times, the ramp in temperature and cooling rates is slower than in traditional laser welding, which helps eliminate defects and manage spatter.
In addition, this welding technique is compatible with typical welding accessories such as assist gas ports and coaxial nozzles that enable plume suppression and can help control spatter; techniques that are not readily compatible with the scan heads used in remote welding.
In addtion to stabilizing the keyhole in the meltpool and reducing porosity in the subsequent weld, the beam wobble technique has proven valuable for alleviating the part-fit requirements for laser welding. Using one of the programable wobble shapes and optimizing the amplitide and frequency of the oscillation, an increase in the acceptable seam gap of three till 5 times compared to the seam gap size achieved in conventional laser welding has been demonstrated.
Compared with traditional handheld laser welding machine, the welding advantages are obvious. The laser swing amplitude (range: 0mm-4mm) and swing pattern can be set through the control system during the welding process. The width of the weld seam can be customized through the swing amplitude, which solves the defect of traditional hand-held laser welding that requires very high speed weld seams. Greatly improves the welding fault tolerance rate. Moreover, safety protection measures have been added, which only emit laser light when the nozzle is in contact with metal! The operation is simple and easy to use, the structure is simple and easy to maintain, the volume and weight is greatly reduced, and the wire can be fed during the welding process.

Today's fiber laser sources have the power and beam quality needed to cut and join metal in an expeditious and repetitious manner. The market demands that type of flexible production, so those characteristics are basic requirements in modern laser devices.
Market demands also have promoted the idea of multifunctional processing. That has led to the development of a combination head capable of laser cutting and welding 3-D metal workpieces.
The "wobble-6PRO-Plus," can perform 3-D cutting and welding in an arbitrary sequence without retooling. Part handling, positioning, and clamping steps are eliminated with this approach. The result is reduced production time and costs, as well as improved manufacturing accuracy.
Moreover, the combi-head opens up the door to fabricating complex metal components with a range of variants, which could not be produced cost-efficiently before.
While the concept of multifunctional laser processing is straightforward and the market seems to be ready for such a device, some technical problems had to be solved before it became reality.

Take out only what is needed from the triple layer protected Fiber cable to weld comfortably and let the rest of the fiber cable good protected in the top cabinet.
