Kitchenware laser welding
Compared with arc welding, the kitchenware laser welding machine saves about 80%-90% of electric energy, and the processing cost can be reduced by about 30%. Laser Welding Stainless Steel Sink
The stainless steel sink is an indispensable tool in the modern kitchen.
The traditional welding method of welding stainless steel sinks is not only barely satisfactory in appearance, but often leaks at the weld seam. The deformation is large, the dark colouring is wide and the subsequent post-processing process of grinding, polishing and cleaning is complicated and expensive.
Using a wobble laser welding machine to weld stainless steel sinks not only improves welding efficiency and appearance but also greatly reduces the scrap rate of the product. The laser welded stainless steel sink has beautiful welds and will not leak. No filler or solder, no lead pollution. And the laser welding process will not cause the substrate to change. The weld bead is smooth and flat, easy to clean, firm, and hygienic.
The heat input during laser welding is extremely low, the deformation after welding is very small, and a very beautiful welding surface effect can be obtained, so it barely needs any subsequent post-processing of grinding, cleaning or polishing. Laser welding of the stainless steel sink WILL greatly reduce or remove the huge polishing, grinding and leveling labor in the process. This is especially true in today’s rising labor costs.
Early water sinks were generally welded by argon arc welding, it is easily deformed and the subsequent treatment process was complicated.
